Combine with a piece of Annihilation hand armor or Dark Light hand armor at Kaia's Anvil to create a piece of mythic hand armor. (Also requires Golden and Ruby Concentrates, Diamonds, Black Core Nodules, and Black Core Shards.)

The quantity of materials required to craft mythic gear may change based on the enchantment levels of the armor pieces used.
